“In my opinion, I would not wait until next year or next week. Find that lender and if you already have, get as much of that paperwork submitted as you can. Lenders are making their own budgets for next year and it is imperative you keep your place in line. Don’t let others cut in front of you. If you are serious about your project, show everyone just how serious you are”.
