Based in Ahmedabad, India and incorporated in 1990, Raajratna Metal Industries Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified stainless steel wire manufacturing company. Their standard range of precision copper strips is from 2.00 mm² to 45.00 mm² Cross Section with a maximum Width 15.00 mm. They manufacture these strips on a universal cold rolling mill ensuring continual dimensional checks with CONTACT type measuring system during the rolling process for the highest accuracy. They are also able to achieve close dimensional controls up to ±0.010 mm both on Width & Thickness based on their customer’s request. Besides, they utilize the latest Profile Projector for dimensional checks of the finished shapes.
They can produce the following shapes for precision copper strips as per their customer’s requirements:
1) Square Shapes: Min. 1.30 mm to Max. 6.30 mm with Flat or Round edges.
2) Diamond shapes, half round, oval, triangle, tear drop and hexagonal shapes with maximum width up to 15.00 mm.
3) Rectangular and Flat Shapes with
a) Thickness: Minimum 0.60 mm to maximum 15.00 mm.
b) Width: Minimum 2.00 mm to maximum 15.00 mm.
4) They are also able to produce complex shapes and profiles for precision copper strips as per the drawings.
5) Besides, all their wires are from annealed to hard condition.
