PlainTalk Planning has released five on-demand continuing legal education programs on various business and estate planning topics. Authored and presented by Professor Dwight Drake of the University of Washington School of Law, the programs offer up to 10 hours of CLE credit and are designed to facilitate associate training.
“Each program includes one or more online video presentations, a comprehensive written memorandum for each video presentation, and an optional online training quiz that provides instant feedback,” said Drake. “Our objective is to provide lawyers quality education on core planning topics and effective tools for training associates. The programs are inexpensive, convenient, and instantly available. They can be viewed on a phone or iPad while riding a bus or ferry.”
PlainTalk Planning intends to add to its CLE program menu on a regular basis. Programs may be purchased on an individual basis or through a low-cost Professional Membership ($16 per month) that grants unlimited access to all existing and future CLE programs and other PlainTalk Planning programs.
