Future Electronics, one of the world’s leading electronics components distributors, is pleased to announce availability of the world’s smallest solid state relay, Panasonic’s SON series.

Petsche continued, “The SON type is a new PhotoMOS relay with approximately 43% the volume ratio of existing SSOP type. The super miniature leadless construction reduces the mounting area and enables high density mounting. It offers lower output capacitance and high speed switching. Typical applications include testing equipment, such as IC testers, semiconductor performance testers, probe cards, bare board testers, in-circuit testers, and function testers.”
The Panasonic SON series as well as an extensive range of solid state relays (SSR) for any application are in stock now, and available in both prototype and production quantities from Future Electronics.
