The family of StrongIRFET power MOSFETs features ultra low on-state resistance RDS(ON) for a wide variety of industrial applications including battery packs, inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), solar inverters, forklift trucks, power tools, mobility scooters and ORing and Hot Swap.
This family of StrongIRFET devices offers a wide selection of benchmark performance MOSFETs for the industrial market. The wide portfolio and package offering provide designers flexibility in selecting the most optimal device for their application.
Features and benefits include ultra low on resistance; high current capability (up to 195A); RoHS compliant containing no lead, no bromide, and no halogen; qualified to industrial grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1).
Applications include DC motors, battery packs, inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), solar inverters, forklift trucks, mobility scooters, ORing and hot swap
