Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, has implemented new features on the company's website to improve customers' online experience.
Visitors can now see Future Electronics' worldwide Available-to-Sell inventory, as well as the available on order quantity and date this additional stock will be on hand from suppliers.
Customers can also access online and offline order tracking, a new feature available for both linked accounts and registered users. Customers can view their order history on FutureElectronics.com for both their online and offline orders. Open orders, shipped orders and orders in process are listed and can be filtered/sorted by simply logging in to their account and viewing their order history in the "My Account" section.
In addition, customers can now select the date they would like to have their entire order shipped. Linked account customers can select a required date up to 30 days after the current date. Regular registered account customers can select a required date up to 15 days past the current date.
