Down duvets are adorable yet are often short lived, not anymore. Leading De Doorns goose down duvet company Hex Valley Down has announced to extend a lifetime guarantee on all their 100 percent pure down products.
Hex Valley Down is a family owned and operated business founded by Christine Jordan who has been running the initiative for 2 decades now. Mrs. Jordan initially started off stitching down feather products for family & friends but it was her handiwork excellence that prompted many to inspire her in embarking on a full-on business. She focuses on natural down products which have earned great appreciation all across the country.
"It has always been our focus to support the customers with timeless duvets and hence we are presently extending a lifetime guarantee on all our products," stated Annemien, Christine's daughter, who co-manages the business with her mother.

The company spokeswoman stressed on a different production process in contrast to the typical mass produced down duvets. The mass-produced down duvets are made from a mix of processed and unprocessed down feather which cannot assure longevity for the products. Gradually, the duvets get dusty creating unhealthy allergic environ for the users.
"We only count on 100 percent pure unprocessed down to ensure completely natural down duvets for our clients. Our unique process ensures optimum comfort preventing moving of the down to the concentrated areas which is a problem with regular mass produced duvets. The filling is thoroughly washed, sterilized & treated with SABS accredited anti-allergic agents. We strictly use breathable pure cotton duvet casings," explained the spokeswoman from Christine's team. Added to duvets, Hex Valley Down also produces down pillows and sleeping bags.
