Take advantage of low interest rates with Instalment Contracts Featured PR

With the rise in house prices, continuing strict lending criteria and increasing 'accidental landlords' it seems that there will be a small fall in rental yields over the next twelve months.

According to the Findaproperty website, rental yields will fall to 5.7% across the UK this year. In addition, 12% of 'accidental landlords' who would rather sell their property but cannot, and therefore turning to letting out their property, are looking to buy an additional property for buy to let purposes this year.

There are many tenants hoping for a fall in house prices so that they can get on the housing market, and so buy to let property is an attractive investment for many people entering retirement at a time of very low interest rates and bond yields.

Reena Malra has discovered and developed strategies to take the focus off the property price and put it on the flexible and convenient payment terms. This is how Reena can structure transactions where the Buyer and the Seller both get what they really want by establishing their circumstances, motivation and needs. She has mentored 100's of investors and specialises in property lease options, instalment contracts and rent to buy. She says:

"Although the rising house prices are depressing rental yields, buy to let is still buoyant. If you want to take advantage of low interest rates and high rents then you need to look at these little known cutting edge strategies: lease options and instalment contracts.

"Individuals who are looking to supplement their current income would be prudent to look at alternative strategies like lease options, instalment contracts and other creative strategies to build their cashflowing portfolios.

"This strategy enables you to take control of a property without a need for a mortgage, big deposit or good credit history.

"I help investors to build their portfolio by deploying these strategies. These strategies are not restricted with age or experience, unlike traditional methods of owning properties.

"I have helped many people not only supplement their income using these strategies but also to fund their retirement pot."
